NOVO Candles Return Policy

At NOVO Luxury Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your candles, please review our return policy below:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at novoscents@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product, please email us at novoscents@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
